Coffee Grains

We collaborate with coffee farmers and washing stations in Limu, Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, and regions across Ethiopia to provide the best coffee direct from the farmer. Our importers can trace the coffee straight to its source. For example, the farm in Guji offers specialized quality coffee with over 20 years’ experience. The farm selects only the best coffee beans before processing. Guji has its own washing stations, storage, and dry mill, which enables us to trace and follow the entire process. The Guji farm also has an organic certificate.

Guji Coffee

The Guji farm in Sidamo offers specialised quality coffee with over 20 years’ experience and 11 years of export experience. The farm select only the best coffee before they process the coffee beans. Guji has its own washing stations, storage and a dry mill, which enables us to trace and follow the entire process. The Guji coffee has a very clean, juicy and vibrant flavor profile – with good amounts of peach, florals and citric notes to it.

Sidamo Coffee

Ethiopian Sidamo coffee has a mild, mellow and somewhat fruity flavor. Sidamo coffee comes from the Oromia, or Sidamo, region of the country.

Djimmah Coffee

Ethiopian Djimmah coffee is probably the oldest type of coffee in the world. This is the type of coffee that most of the people in Ethiopia regularly drink. Djimmah has a tart flavor with a hint of spice. It is the true Arabica coffee.

Wollega (Nekempte) Coffee

Like Ghimbi, Wollega coffee is grown in western Ethiopia. Wollega is a medium to bold coffee that is known for its delicious fruity taste. The bean is a greenish brown color. Wollega is often added as a blend to other coffees, but it can stand on its own as a satisfying drink.

Ghimbi Coffee

Ghimbi coffee is grown in the western part of Ethiopia. This is a rich, robust, well-balanced coffee that is much in demand. Ghimbi coffee is enjoyed by coffee drinkers around the world.

Harrar Coffee

Harrar coffee is from the Harrar region, which is located in the mountainous area of Eastern Ethiopia. This coffee is known for its distinctive fruity, wine flavour. The bean is medium in size with a greenish-yellowish colour. It has medium acidity and full body and a rich and deep chocolate mocha flavor. In fact, this particular coffee is often blended with Djimmah coffee to make classic Mocha Java.
